Eligible Hawaii residents will receive their payment in ONE of the three ways:
1) Direct Deposit into your designated account as stated in your 2019 federal income tax return,
2) Paper check mailed via U.S. Mail from the IRS, or
3) A prepaid Debit card, called the Economic Impact Payment (EIP) card.
